• Removal of small amounts of bug marks and other stubborn marks.

• Removal of cobwebs around window frames.

• Windows that haven't been cleaned in years, a standard clean will only get them 85% cleaner. Best to get our deep clean.

• NO MOULD REMOVAL INSIDE OR OUT.

• If you think your windows aren’t a standard clean, please advise before booking so we can amend the quote & allow more time, please don't ask me on the day as I have other bookings as well.

• Exterior window cleaning quote means just the outside glass gets cleaned (no inside cleaning of the glass. Quotes for outside window cleaning only includes the outside flyscreen's (not inside flyscreen's)

Other Companies - Use dish washing liquid that leaves your windows sticky attracting dust meaning your windows won't stay clean for very long.

No - If your window tracks need a cleaning then please let us know when quoting as we need to adjust the quote & allow for extra time. Please understand that dirty window tracks can take longer than cleaning the windows themselves.

iWashwindows - We carefully remove all flyscreens keeping them in order, take them out side applying fly screen cleaning soap & then put them through a specialized fly screen washer machine leaving them thoroughly cleaned.

Other Companies - Either hang them out the window & brush (putting dust back over your windows) or they take them outside and hose them down (doesn't work well)

iWashwindows - We have a pure water fed pole system which leaves your windows streak free. It can reach up to 4 stories in height, and can clean all those hard to get to places. With this technology, our cleaning services are much safer and faster than other companies’, and are much less intrusive into your daily life. This involves the water passing through a special water filter system removing all minerals & contaminants from your water this prevents permanent damage to your glass.

Other Companies - Can either use straight hose water which leaves spots & causes hard water staining & can permanently damage your windows or they may decide to squeegee the outsides by putting ladders up against your house. Or even worse pressure clean your windows.

Balustrade glass around balconies or pools are not included in a window cleaning quote unless the owner has asked for this service. Extra fees applies.
